When my pet had new illnesses, they recommended many different foods. They sold me $50 worth of food with the promise that I could return anything that my pet wouldn't eat. The next Saturday, 7 days later, I tried to return what didn't work (including unopened). They would not return any of it, saying they had a 5-day return policy. That's not enough time for any working person. And they did not tell me that when they were selling me $50 worth of pet food and guaranteeing I could return it.
