The results were fantastic. The acupuncture reduced the pain and brought healing rapidly and the treatments improved all areas of my life. I have had back spasms and lower back pain off and on for over 20 years. In 2007, I had a compressed disc. The pain and muscle spasms were horrific and made work difficult. Due to the back pain, I cut back on exercise and sports. I had 10 plus years of chiropractic treatments and was prescribed pain medications by the doctors. I was scared for my life and really surprised by this. That's when I decided to came here because my wife came here when she had cancer and the effects were minimal, and now she is cancer free. I hoped to decrease the chest pains with the treatments. I began acupuncture visits and taking herbal medicine. I started feeling better and the chest pains subsided. I have been searching and searching for a good doctor in natural medicine and I am glad that I found this place. They do acupuncture here but also natural medicine and herbs, just what I had been looking for. The location is convenient in a strip center by stater brothers and the parking is easy to find. When I walked into the Natural Medicine Center, there were countless patient stories of their recovery and I was amazed. This is a godsent I thought. Since starting treatments here for the past 2 months, I have noticed remarkable improvements in my hormones, weight loss, sleep improvements, skin looks healthier, and more energy. I came to this center as a last resort. My mom and dad brought me in and I hoped to get results. My expectations were very low because I have tried everything and it hasn't worked. I have had Crohn's Disease for most of my life. It is an Auto-immune condition which I was told that ther is no cure for it. The diagnosis was hard to take. I went to the Natural Medicine Center because on their website it said to come in for a ""free 20 min health consultation"". They had wonderful reviews so I thought I would give it a try. While I was in the waiting room, I read viable reviews of people who had great success receiving treatment and being healed. I was encouraged and looking forward to what they would tell me. Well, when I got in with the Dr. there really is NO FREE CONSULTATION. He told me that in order to find out how much treatment I needed, they had to do a $100 test. I should have left then... but I decided that I had spent that much on other office visits , so why not? Well after doing the little test that took 2 minutes, he proceeded to tell me that I was in desperate need of his immediate services and that it would cost a little less than $3000 for an eight week treatment!! But if I paid in full he would cut me a deal. Well, needless to say I never returned. Instead, I went back on the internet and found a great acupuncturist who had almost 30 glowing reviews on Yelp and cost only $50 per treatment. He was so honest that he told me that with my aliment if after two session I don't see any improvement, that I don't need to come back for anymore. Natural Medicine Center did look to be able to help people and had lots of amazing testimonials, but if you decide to go there just know they will charge you $100 for a consultation and they are not the most affordable choice. more

I want to share my story and how I recovered because I am very happy about the results and to let you know that you can trust this clinic and the doctors. I am a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was stunned. I didn't want to die. I always thought I was healthy, but I noticed that lately I was getting tired easily. The diagnosis of cancer affected every part of my life. I started getting depressed and had anxiety, and I could not do my regular activities. I thought of my family and not being in their lives. I had a double mastectomy and was taking several harsh medications, but the mastectomy was not a guarantee and I had half a dozen rounds of chemotherapy as well. I came to Natural Medicine Center and saw Dr. Kevin Huang. I had acupuncture, herbal medicine and was given nutrition guidelines. The acupuncture was painless and the results were excellent. I started feeling better right away and I was fine after my first chemo. After each chemotherapy session, they would do blood work and everything was normal. The treatments also helped me because I didn't lose all my hair. When I went back to the hospital, the hospital staff were very surprised of the way I looked and felt. I went through chemotherapy differently from other chemotherapy patients. My energy is better and my vision is getting better and I don't take any drugs, not even for headaches. I can't say enough great things about this place!!! I come here. My husband comes here, my whole family comes here and this clinic has helped us with everything from my menstrual issues, cysts, PMS, anxiety. I mean everything! My husband came here and they helped him with his allergies and sinus infections and chronic back pain that he had for over 18 years. I bring my daughter here when she gets sick. My son gets treatments because he gets sports injuries from football. They take care of our whole family and I we always come to see Dr. Huang and Dr. Yeh first. I highly highly recommend this clinic and we have know the doctors for many years. They are good through and through. more

Let me start by saying Dr Huang is a good acupuncturist. And it IS the best deal around. HOWEVER, there are some pretty major things you have to put up with for this price: 1. Being beat over the head with Christian propaganda. I mean its EVERYWHERE... psalms painted the walls, the fish symbol on the herb bottles, and then of course the stuff that comes out of his mouth. I mean wow! So unprofessional. Just the acupuncture, please! 2. Very long wait times. average 20 to 30 min. No magazines anywhere, just notebook after notebook of testimonials... and of course bibles. 3. The reason it is such a good price is they treat high volumes of people. So you are usually treated by his interns, many of which speak pretty incomprehensible english. If he does come in, it's for less than 5 minutes. I found a new place that doesn't treat you like a number, and I am getting great results. Bottom line is you have to like the environment. So for me this place was a waste of time, money, and energy. more

Prior to coming here to the Natural Medicine Center, I was extemely fearful for my life. I had an incurable lung condition and the doctors said that there was really nothing they could do for me. Instead, they recommended me to have major surgery, which could have bad complications or worse, and there was no guarantee. I went to see Dr. Huang and after a few visits noticed great results!
