I called the NPS location on West Sahara and Ft. Apache. I spoke to Jim who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him what was going on and he said it “wasn’t his problem” because I bought a heater not a pump. I tried to explain that I was looking for assistance in getting the pump started and I thought it was coincidence that the pump worked fine until his NSP installers came and installed the heater. He started talking very sarcastic saying it wasn’t their problem. I asked to speak to someone else because I didn’t appreciate his sarcastic and disrespectful tone. Jim refused to get someone else on the line. He began talking to his co-worker about how “stupid” I was saying that “this lady” on the phone is “ridiculous”. I was shocked as I was being treated so poorly after spending over $2,300 in his store. I have never felt so disrespected by a company’s employee in my life. I asked to speak to his manager and he stated he was the “manager on duty”. He put me on hold and came back to the line stating that he had called corporate and they said it wasn’t their problem either. I found out later than he never called corporate.
