m an executive level member (rents more than 25 times a yr from national) the SFO team and process is easily the worst I have encountered and I would avoid going forward. Found a car I wanted in my aisle, but no keys in it. The security gurad helped me look and then I went to the shed to get the keys. Three women sitting there on playing on their phones, they said we can't give you those keys (even though it is sitting in the pick your own aisle) go find another one. I said all you have left are mini-vans, she said well than go take that or nothing, and went back to playing her game. No offers to help, no apologies, just blatant disregard. Went to go inside and talk to a mgr to complain and more than 6 people were waiting at the counter. \r
Expect very poor and slow service, poor car selection and a poor experience here, and they don't care what you think about it because you have reserved and there are limited options once you are at the facility.
