I've been with this bank for 6 years now. The service is very good and they offer free checking. I am disappointed that my savings account interest rate is so low. I have opened a money market account with another bank so I can actually earn some real money with my savings. The other complaint I have is that more than once I have driven around to every Cadence bank (NBC) in Starkville and have not been able to deposit my check into the ATM (after closing hours) because there were no envelopes in any of the machines in Starkville. This became very frustrating after the second time. I have not tried to deposit a check in the ATM since then, so I don't know if the problem had been remedied. The ATM machines are also down a lot.
