As a multi business owner in Orlando for 21 years I depend and rely on peoples words. I had the worst experience with NASS this past week. After paying and understanding I had to pay time and a half becauase it was a Sat. I was promised it would be overnighted and I would also have to pay for that,no problem. After waiting a WEEK the parts were wrong and I am without 2 major pieces of equipment. The worst part is I got no apology or explanation and idea of when it would be fixed. This is so common these days. It's so very sad! Companys do not care about their customers,even in this terrible economy.
