I had called my previous vet, Petmed when I had a problem with my cat. I came home from work and he was sneezing up a storm. I called up Pet med and they could not have been ruder, or less sensitive. I asked what I could do for him until I can bring him in, and they just kept saying ""bring him in"" translation, we're not getting paid to consult over the phone. So, I got on City Search, and found the Nashville Cat Clinic. I called them up, said I am not a client there, but I needed help. The lady I spoke with could not have been nicer, or more caring. She talked with me for about 20 minutes about not just the issue, but she let me tell her how I adopted my baby when he was abandoned , and then she understood how special he is to me. I set an appointment and immediately called up Pet Med and transferred my business. I am writing this not even having set foot in the clinic, and already I am raving about them. If you need any help with your cat, call this company. They are exactly what a vet should be, wonderful and caring.
