NOT the place to go for alterations 10/14/2011

I went to have simple hemming and bust intake on a maid of honor dress. They seemed very nice and friendly when I went for the fitting. Upon my return to pick up the dress I was ASTONISHED to find the price of my SIMPLE alteration to be $82!!!! Excuse me, but the Bride went to a different alteration shop to get her dress altered, added fabric to it, as well as changed the neck line to a sweet heart neck ALL for $62!!! Nancy's OVER charged me for the little work they did on my dress. I will never go back there again! more

Do Not Use 5/27/2011

Do Not Use Twice I have taken items in for hemming and they had to be returned because they were not measured and hemmed accurately. more

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE 4/20/2009

I took two items there for mending, I was in a hurry to have repaired but told them I had a one week window. They guaranteed completion but when I went back for the pickup, neither item had been touched. They were not apologetic and when I asked why I had not been called, the response was ""I don't know"". This is NOT the way a customer facing business should be run! Find somewhere else dependable to take your alterations - a HUGE thumbs down! Pros: Nothing Cons: Service more
