I went in to the salon for a service and in the process I wanted to question the nail service that I was unhappy with the prior week. I work out of town and it is not very easy for me to come to a nail salon for simple things as it maybe for some. The owner basically explained to me that due to the fact that I did not explain the date of service the gel nails were not done properly based on the nail technician that completed the service there was nothing he was willing to do about them that day, The owner went on the explain to me that the picture I showed him of the prior service I had done may not have even been my nails for all he knew and after that he went on to yell and shout curse words of all sorts at me for criticizing his nail technicians services provided. I tried to explain that it was not all of them however, some may require additional training. In the end this salon will never ever have to worry about my service after the language used at me as a customer or in the presence of any other customers in the salon. I feel in any place of business there is a professional way to handle any situation and this was not at all professional by any means. I used to come to this salon at least twice a week but, after this I will never come back.
