Went there for a pedicure because they are open til 7p. The first problem I had was that the lady who did my pedicure (Julie) had such a thick strong Vietnamese accent, there was a big language barrier between her and I. When it came time for the foot/leg massage, (favorite part, right?) she applied hardly ANY pressure at all. Basically she was stroking my feet and legs..and the ""massage"" part didnt last very long. My pedicure was 3/4 done and the last customer had just left. The Nail Club people all began hussling about, sweeping, VACCUMING, scooting chairs...and there were a couple of the staff's small children running around. Was one of the most UNrelaxing pedicures I have ever had....which is why I get them to begin with. The capper was the polish job. Not good at all. The polish was thick and goopy and she left polish on my cuticles. They do pretty good fingernail work, but I will NOT be getting anymore pedicures here again.
