It can be very misleading. The decor inside is excellent, so that you don't feel as though you're in a nail salon, more like someone's upscale living room. At first I let this fool me into thinking that I was getting great service. Big mistake.
The manicures I received here lasted 3 days at best, probably less. As many other people have said, you feel rushed and as if you are some sort of burden. Even though....it's their job...?
And finally, the reason I would never go back. The last time I was in there for a pedicure, the woman who was doing my toenails started pointing and laughing at my feet, calling other manicurists to come over and look at them. I'm a dancer, so I understand my feet aren't in the best condition, but that was above and beyond rude. It was so obvious that she was calling attention to my feet that other customers were giving me sympathy looks. Totally unprofessional.
