The man told me over the phone about his high tech machine that cleans windows with ease but lots of streaks were left on the windows and water got into my house. They were on time and were not rude or anything. But I really wish the quality of the work was better. Will go with the company I used in past years next time. They were a bit more expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. more

poor quality 2/6/2013

They did a terrible job. Left streaks and spots everywhere. sills were messy and did not finish. Had to call them back to get them to finish. Dont let the low price fool you. more

Watch out for your property! 10/20/2011

I have used NGM Window cleaning for serval years. This year they damged a window screen and took it with them promising to bring it back the following week. It has been over 6 months and nothing has been returned. I have tried to contact them without success. This is very unprofessional. Watch out for your property!!! more
