Worst service experience. My dishwasher quit working, and called NC Appliance Repair as I was looking for same day service. They did come out, and diagnosed I needed a new circuit board to the tune of $350. Waited 2-3 days for the part, then another 2 for them to come put it in. They never called once along the way to let me know they had ordered a part, received it, or to set an appointment to install it. I had to call to find out everything along the way. Once they came to install the part, they installed it, and were ready to head out the door when I asked them to stay and actually run it to make sure it worked. It didn't work. So then they began to re-diagnose it, now 6 days after my original call. They decided I needed a new door switch, so they'd again have to order the part. They again never called me, I had to follow up to make sure they had received the part and again to come install it. At this point only one tech came instead of the original 2 that came the first 2 visits. He stayed over 2 hours trying to install the new part, eventually unable to and promised they would call by 5 pm to discuss my options. I have never received that call. This is the most unprofessional, unreliable service I have experienced. The techs who came were nice, that is the only positive comment I have to say. I called GE to come fix it, and the GE tech showed up and had it running within 15 minutes, literally. 2 weeks I spent ""working"" with these folks at NC appliance repair. No thanks. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!!
