I wish I had read all the bad reviews online and had been aware of the 2 outstanding complaints filed with the state BEFORE I took him my computer to fix. This man not only was incredibly rude, but was a big liar. He promised to fix my computer in 5 days, and after five WEEKS he still had not completed the work. In fact, it looks like he broke it further while in the process of trying to fix it. I was so fed up with his lies, including changing the diagnosis for the problem 3 times, that I demanded he return my computer right away. He refused to give it back, and I had to bring a police man into the store with me in order to finally get him to return it. I strongly discourage you from doing any business with this place, but if I have not already convinced you otherwise, I will also warn you that he frequently does not open on time (e.g., sometimes 1-2 hours later than his posted opening time), so I would call ahead! This is the worst repair shop - actually, the worst business establishment - I've ever visited. The proprietor refused to give us cost estimates for our repair, never called us with updates after promising to do so, and held our computer - untouched! - for almost a week. Worst of all, after we tried to follow up on the status of our computer, he was extremely rude and yelled at both me and my wife, telling us that we disrespected him (by asking for a repair estimate, evidently) and we should take our computer and never return, that he's very successful and doesn't need or want our business. Well, he will CERTAINLY never get our business again, and, if you care about service or quality in computer repair, you should avoid this establishment at all costs.
