Memories of Pizza 5/27/2006

I've been a regular here for the last 15 years or so. I love th place for the pizza, the service and the memories. In college, a group of my friends used to get together once or twice a month and just hang here. we'd eat and talk, and nobody seemed to mind if we lingered around for a while. My Pie is all about friendly Chicago neighborhood feelings. more

Party Time 5/24/2006

I have been to many parties at this place. My friends used to do the birthday bashes here. They have a killer salad bar, and their pizza is above average. One thing that I don't care for is that they serve you your pizza when you get the unlimited pizza dinner. It limits us eaters, because we look like the fat kid at the table if we have to much. more

If your one of those people who like the crust of pizza more than the cheese and toppings, I would advice you to go here. Its one of the best places for pizza. The crsut is great. Its not too hard or soft..just right! Its a nice place for lunch or even dinner. Also, the service is good and the place is nice too. Its a good hangout place. more

A popular place in Lincoln Park 5/3/2006

They're a local favorite in Lincoln Park. Chicago style deep pan pizza is what you should order from this well loved Italian style restaurant. One piece can fill you up, but how can you eat just one. They have an awesome salad bar also. Street parking is scarce, and there is no lot. Circle around a little bit you'll probably find a space, but watch the meter around this area or you'll have a little surprise on your windshield when you stroll out. more

Pizza Time 3/28/2006

This place has an all you can eat pizza lunch, and it is worth it. One problem that I had was when you had to ask them for the pizza and have them bring it to you, because you look like the typical over-eater that looks for all you can eat places, and then attacks them. Great atmosphere, and great service. Definitely recommended for a small party. more

No doubt about it, this is a fun place to eat, and a good group hang out, but I am not in love with their pizza. It is very doughy. The toppings are much better than the crust. Their salad bar is pretty boring, and not really a healthy addition to the pizza. We've had some great waitresses and some that weren't as friendly. more

This is one of my favorite places to get a good pizza in Chicago. Their deep dish pizza is amazing, with a good blend of cheese and toppings. Its a fun place to dine in at and the atmosphere is very casual and friendly. Its really fun to go here for a big game because there's always a big crowd and everybody is really into it. Check the timings though, because they aren't open for lunch on the weekdays. But this is a must check out place for all you pizza lovers. more

This place has great pizza. Its way better than the chain Giordanos or Gino's . Very similar to Lou malnaties but cheaper. The atmosphere in the restaurant is not good but the pizza makes up for it. Deep dish style Is great! more

Great Pizza, Okay Service 7/9/2005

This place has GREAT pizza. But I alwys prefer to pick-up the pizza or have it delivered. The restraunt is not really that well-kept. It can also get really noisy at times and the service can be slow. Also, My Pie is only open for dinner on the weekdays, so plan accordingly! more
