This is the 5th time I have been unfortunate enough to go in this shop. You may say why go back 5 times? Well, I'll tell you why. I didn't think any business could be this poorly run 5 times in a row. To be specific, they lost my keys to the motorcycle that was purchased to be given to someone as a birthday gift. I guess on a Saturday they did not want to go out of their way to get keys made so no birthday gift until the next week. Even then they didn't get them at the agreed upon time. I had to call to remind them. Accessories were put on the bike completely wrong and ruined them. So they ordered me new ones and I fixed it myself. After I called them again to see if they were in, they were. I guess I have to call all the time to check up on things as they seem to always forget. Brought a friend in for a helmet and was so lucky to have a nice young punk with a attitude not give us much help or professional advice on what kind of helmet to buy. And lastly I have never recieved the extras that were suppose to come with the bike. I tried 3 times to get them and somehow it can just never get done. I have given up. I have wasted more money in my time than it's worth pursuing. I read the other reviews and can only say that usually when a business gets a bad review like the first guy wrote and it was the first one, someone in their circle will try to negate it. It's only natural to try and save face. But come on, 5 times I have tried and even sent a e-mail to them and didn't even get a reply or any effort whatsoever to try and make things right. Sure they smile, take my order, take my money and that's where it has ended too many times. Good luck and may the Force be with you if you dare to go in. PS. I guess I have to believe the first guy whether he was specific or not. I wish I read the reviews first. Just poor customer service is specific enough for me.
