Called two hours ahead of time to reserve a Taxi on New Years Eve. When the time comes, no taxi. Called main number over and over and no one would answer. Taxi never showed, no call from them, nothing. These jacka$$es are the worst of the worst. I would _NEVER_ count on them to be where they say they are going to be when they say they are going to be there. If being somewhere on time (or at all) actually matters to you (e.g., movie, dinner reservations, flight), go somewhere else. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
