We recently made a life changing move that would have been overwhelming without the help and support that was offered to us by Carol Henkel. We had never been to this area, but once we visted, we knew that this was where we wanted to live. Carolyn was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about showing us homes that fit our needs. She kept in constant communication with us during this time and walked us through all of the ins and outs of buying our property. She always answered any questions immediately and it was a huge relief to be able to confidently rely on someone so capable and efficient. more

I worked with Randy for over a year on finding my first home. He has been not only patient and always accessible to my needs, but also a great sounding board. He and the staff at Murphys were always there to answer any questions I had on home ownership or act on any request that came their way. Their work really shows me that I picked the right team for my house hunting needs. more

I happened across this company by a quick internet search and decided to call. The staff was one of the most attentive, customer service driven, group of professionals I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my 36 years in California. I was never pressured into making a decision and felt at ease the whole time. The staff had my best interest in mind, NOT their commissions. Murphys was simply the best. more

I have lived in a few different apartments in the city over the course of my adulthood - it does not get better than Murphys.\r They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and, best of all in my opinion, professional. They run rentals the way they should be run - with attention and process and they always follow through. Any time there has been an issue (for example, backed up bathtub) they have been prompt in helping me determine a solution. I anticipate the remainder of my engagement with Murphy’s Realty (security deposit, etc) will follow the same pattern.\r more

Randy has been working with us for the past several years. We have come to appreciate all of his great work in what is usually a thankless job. We enjoy Murphy’s Realty because of Randy. He is so understanding even when I bug him about every little detail. I appreciate his calmness and patience with me. I’m sure I only add to his stress, I’m afraid, but I want others to know that Randy is truly a blessing and I wouldn’t have anyone else looking after me or the property. very pleased 5/15/2012

This place was great to pass of my rental and now vacant home to. I was called out of state for work and I leave 2 condos, 1 with a renter. Murphys Realty took care of everything and saw to my current tenant while getting the other pace filled in no time as well. I was very pleased with that and so far things seem to be going well. more
