My rug was picked up on December 8th, it's now December 27th. I know, I know, holiday's are hectic, however, I was quoted a 5-7 day timeline when it was picked up. I've been waiting patiently... after 2 weeks I've had to be the one persuing the drop off time/date, rather than them coordinating it with us, also, we were told they were going to deliver it during a time that WE had not scheduled, which makes me think they just decided to make up a date to make it seem like they were on the ball. Not sure who's in charge, no one gave me that information when I asked, there's no way I can go pick up my rug, nor is there a way to drop it off which I find strange.
All around it's been a frustrating experience, I will post another review to let you know when we recieve the rug and whether it looks great...hopefully it does considering all the other reviewers thought this service was nearly 5 stars. :/ ?
