I deal with many attorneys in my line of work and, unfortunately, I would never hire most of them. When I interviewed Shane Mullen to represent me he took more than ample time to find out about my needs and my expectations. He exemplified a man of high ethical and moral standards of doing what is right and just and came across as very caring, considerate and empathetic. Shane explained ALL the options available to me, the percentage of success I could expect and the cost of each option, and even his fee structure was remarkable. Shane and his entire staff were exceptional, professional, courteous, compassionate, and above all fair. Even though my case was not a huge moneymaker, I felt like I was treated as a member of his family as he personally walked me through each and every step of my healing an eventual lawsuit. I had gone to visit the newly opened mall in my town with a lot of excitement and anticipation. Little did I know that I would end up in hospital with a fractured leg! The floors of the mall were slippery and wet because the staff had no bothered to take care of it. I contacted Mullen & Mullen immediately after a friend referred this firm. A lawyer came to my house and I told him all about the incident. He helped me to file a claim for compensation because I had been hurt due to sheer negligence of the staff. The case was settled in just 3 weeks only. more

My baby, (this is how I refer to my car) had a massive collision with another automobile while I was coming home from work. Although this car was my favorite pastime, the damages were huge and it cost me a lot. That is why I decided to sell it off, but faced an enormous obstacle. Due to the accident, the value had lessened to a great deal and I would have to sell it at a loss. However, Shane Mullen was of the greatest help to me as he helped me to receive compensation for the damage to my car. He handled my case brilliantly! more

Efficient law firm Mullen and Mullen Inc. 3/16/2011

I have had to deal with quite a few lawyers in my time, but rarely have I met a law firm as efficient as Mullen and Mullen Inc. These people know their way around a courthouse, that’s for sure. I slipped and fell in my local mall and broke my femur clean through. They manager tried to settle with a laughable amount, and even had the gall to say it was my fault because of my age and I probably couldn’t see too good! Mullen and Mullen stuck by me and got them to pay full damages, but what was even more rewarding was to see the smile wiped off the manager’s face. more
