When I first read a review of Muddy Paws, I was excited. The city pages hailed Muddy Paws as the best cheese cake in town and outlined the personal success story of its entrepreneurial owner.
I drove to Snelling, parked my car, and hurried inside. The selection didn't look too good, so I settled on an old classic, New York cheesecake. The slice I received was over-sweet, over-priced, and puny.
All of Muddy Paws slices are cream cheese based and sure to please the most pedestrian of Midwestern palates. Has nobody in this state heard of ricotta?
