I can't say enough good things about this place. If they have a question about your order, they'll call you to make sure they get it right. They're consistently on time (20 minutes early today) and everything I've had on their menu so far is outstanding. It's the little details - the amount of care they put into constructing their hoagies, the D&W stickers they use so you know exactly what's in your sandwich, the homemade potato chips - that keep me coming back to them. The food is delicious, the service is warm and friendly, and the price is right. I love these guys, and you will too. more

I gave this place the Benefit of the Doubt since it's placed as top rated in my area with no reviews from grubhub about it. I ordered the any hoagie lunch special, with fries and soda. To satisfy my curiosity added Hot Chocolate. Delivery was QUICK! The Hoagie (Regular Size, not Soggy) was fresh and made how I want it . The fries were very good to my surprise even though they didn't looked fancy. The Hot Chocolate(instant) had a lot of cocoa at the bottom but, it was ok. The drink that came with the lunch special was wrong, asked for a ginger ale and they gave me a Pepsi. However, the restaurant owner called me back and apologize to fix my order! Other than that, the food was great! more

Best Fresh Cut Sandwiches and Steakes /Superb customer service 6/3/2007

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I immediately felt like I was a regular. The owner was both friendly and helpful to me in making my selection. I had the MAD Club which is BBQ Chicken Lunch meat with what the owner said was his very own special sauce on potato bread toast along with turkey bacon. The sandwich was to die for. This city needs more establishments with this kind of food quality and customer service. I'm going back and I've told all my friends in the area, a great place to sit and have lunch.
