All reviews seem positive

I Had to have a water service line replaced, because mine was broken and leaking water into my basement. I had 6 other plumbing contractors come out and look at it and there estimates ranged between 2350 and 4300. So i kept on with my search and came across mr. plumber check up on them they don't single bad comment anywhere.\r \r The plumbers from mr. plumber came out gave me a quote of 1225 and I agreed right there on the spot signed the contract they were to come out monday by 10 am they did not make it there until 11. I was not mad or did not say one word to them about it but them manager called and apologized for there tardiness and took off a hundred dollars off my bill I was In complete SHOCK. I WAS VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THEIR PRICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE AND THAT 100 OFF WAS JUST MORE ICING ON THE CAKE THANK-YOU SO MUCH AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLUMBER AT GREAT RATES THANKS AGAIN GUYS YOU WERE A VERY BIG HELP more

Please don't use this plumber, Justin Macnealy, he has a record and has been in jail for fraud and passing bad checks (in 2012). Google his name, you will find out. He is totally undependable. His wife is on here is giving an excellent review for the business under the name of Nancy Darst, her real name is Jamie Macnealy. You have to write your checks to Jamie stating she is the ""owner"" of the business. He never tells you she is his wife. She is supposedly on disability, so she is ripping off the government if she owns a business. These people need to be reported. more

Don't use these people i live in a rented home and the main drain got clogged my landlord called these people and they came that day and snaked the drain. Three days later it was clogged again i contacted the landlord and he asked me to call them because they gave us a 6 month guarantee. I tried all day on a Monday to call left several messages and never got a call back. On Tuesday i was finally able to get through to somebody and he told me they would be there Wednesday and fix the issue between 1-2. 2'oclock came and went and didn't here anything from them i tried calling them but just got the voicemail so i left a message asking them to call me never heard back from them and they still aren't answering their phone landlord has called another plumbing service and i am currently waiting for them to arrive. So much for a 24/7 plumber and their 6 month guarantee just money wasted i guess. more

I had a clogged main sewer line in my rental property. I called Mr. Plumber on 1/9/13 @ 2:52pm to have them come to the house. He quoted $135 to snake the drain and if it was unsuccessful, $265 (total) to use their water jet. He said they would have a crew there between 4-6 pm. They arrived after 6, unseated the toilet, ran the water jet, and re-seated the toilet without using a new wax ring. I paid $273.60 via check because they told me their credit card machine was down. However, within a few days, it was backing up again and now leaking through the base of the toilet and through the ceiling down below causing $200 worth of damage to the ceiling. I called at 7:13 pm on 1/13/13 to let him know and he said a crew would be out between 1-4 pm on 1/14 and that he would personally come to the site to help make sure it was fixed correctly. They never showed up,so I called at 5:19pm (1/14) and left a message since nobody answered. I never received a call back after 5 attempts. I called at 11:06 am on 1/15 using a different phone and they answered. When I asked why nobody showed up, he sounded surprised and said they would be out between 4-5 pm. At 5:30 I called & nobody answered. I left a message again. At 6 pm (1/15), I called using yet another different phone and he answered & said they were running late, but would be there within 30 minutes. They never showed. I called at 7:18pm and nobody answered. I left a message and said if he was unable to rectify the situation, I would like a refund and I would hire someone else. No response. On 1/16@ 9:11am, I called again and nobody answered. I left a message and asked if he had come up with a solution. I stated that we could not miss any more time at work to wait on them and that they could send someone out at 4pm today or I could come by the office to pick up my refund. I asked for him to call me back to let me know how he would like to proceed. Throughout all of this, I have not had a single call returned. The only times he has answered the phone in the past 2 days was when I used a different phone. I have since hired another contractor who successfully snaked the line clear on 1/31/13. This plumber told me that the Mr. Plumber crew did not do anything correctly. They did not open the 4"" clean out and tried to use the 2"" pipe which would not be big enough to clear the clog. He also said they should NEVER have run a gasoline powered engine inside the house. My tenants and their 3 children had to open doors and windows and leave the house (in the cold of Winter) to get fresh air since the Mr. Plumber crew ran the gas engine for 20 minutes in the house. He also stated that you must ALWAYS replace the wax ring when re-seating a toilet and that negligence is exactly why the water leaked from around the toilet and caused damage to the ceiling below. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have contacted Mr. Plumber Services, Inc. 2 times in an effort to seek resolution, but they have failed to respond. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. AVOID THIS COMPANY! more

OUTSTANDING, Fast, Friendly, Honest Service! If you are looking for a hot water heater - look no further. These people are great. They have the best service and prices I could find. \r I was in a real mess. I needed hot water heater fast and I am on Social Security, so I have a limited budget. I called several places, including the big box stores and was shocked at how much they were going to charge to install the water heater. The installation was almost twice what the water heater cost! To make matters worse, I was told completely different stories about what was required. One of the larger, well known companies insisted that I would need all new lines and a permit. (None of which is true by the way)\r By the time I finally talked to Justin at Mr. Plumber, I was totally confused. Justin was very patient and took the time to explain to me what was really involved. Justin and Jeremy were out very quickly, installed the water heater and took the old one away. No muss, no fuss and no hidden charges. Justin stuck to his quote. \r The bottom line is I wound up getting a much water heater than I was originally going to buy and a better warranty (6 year warranty on parts AND labor) - all for less than I was quoted for installation alone from other companies. \r I think it also important to note that when I paid them, I gave them too much money and it was Justin who caught my mistake. I think that also says a lot about how honest these folks are. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this fine company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. PLUMBER! more

I recently had Mr. Plumber come to my house to fix a leak...a leak that was not bad, but could use fixed. This was a major mistake. By the time JUSTIN the tech, who was stated in the previous review, ""fixed"" it it was broken. Instead of paying $100 to have it fixed, I now have to pay over $400 to have him replace the entire faucet. I had to turn my water off because he could not even shut off the faucet after he was going to ""fix"" it. If I would have known what Mr. Plumber was going to do, I would have never called a plumber in the first place and let the faucet drip ever couple seconds when it was on as opposed to shutting my water off due to breaking it. The first night he said he would be here between 5-6PM. He did not show up until 6:30 PM without a courtesy call. The second night he said between 5-6PM and did not show up until 8 PM without a courtesy call until 7:45 PM stating that he had a flat tire. This was after I called him around 6:30 PM inquiring about his estimated time. I would never ever ever EVERRRRR recommend this company to anyonneeeee. It almost seemed like a set-up or a scam to make extra money. Next time I will pay a friend. more

We had Mr. Plumber come to our home because of a leak in the basement that appeared to be coming from our first floor This was on Friday 12-20-2012. The tech. was to be here @ 9am he never showed up until 10am...he then diagnosed the problem and said the toilet needed new parts and also the bathroom sink needed a new faucet He gave an estimate that we signed which stated the price to repair would be 208.00 He then took off to get parts and was gone 11/2 hrs. came back and started to fix the issue and then said the toilet needed another part and he had to go get it .This time he was gone for 2 hrs. He came back installed another part and supposedly fixed the issue...he never inspected his work and told us because of the extra part and labor the price would now be 317.00 .We complained that this price was not what we agreed upon so he gave us a 100.00 credit on future work.. and he was gone. This process took 6 hrs....We then went to the basement within 5 minutes of him leaving, and it was leaking worse than b-4 and the faucet that he replaced was dripping and it never dripped b-4 he replaced it and when you sat on the toilet it was like you were in a rocking chair. We immediatly called him and he stated he would be back within 45 mins....He never SHOWED !!!! After numerous calls he finally called back @ 10:45 pm.. to say he had been at the hospital with another tech and was unable to call us back. He then stated he would be here on Saturday between 8-8:30 am...He never showed up until 10am....he then fixed the toilet rocking and the sink dripping but after inspection he said that something else in the wall was leaking and it was going to be another 223.00 but with our bill credit it was only going to be 123.00...We feel that the Tech. Justin that was here did not know what he was doing and was just doing trial and error. He was very apoligitic kept saying he was sorry but sorry does not get it with such poor workmanship he just kept fining ways to take our money. I don't feel that he did a good job and I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND MR. PLUMBER !!! more
