We called Mr. Electric to fix a broken ceiling fan. The receptionist was very friendly and we made our appointment very quickly. They have a mobile workvan I was told which means they have all the parts and equipment ready to make repairs.
When the repairman arrived, I was told right away that the fan was beyond repair and that a new fan would have to be put in. when I had the repairman call my warranty agency as is the procedure, it took a long time to get the charges cleared up and after I was back on the phone the warranty agent told me they would cover it but that just for my knowledge, their prices were obscene.
That combined with the Mr. Electric repairman calling me "honey" several times mean I probably won't be calling them again.
