Smiled. \r I found the web method of trying to schedule the appointment totally inadequate - The earliest appointment was at least a month off whereas by phone I could be taken care of the nest day. Fair customer service 8/29/2008

I made an appointment 1 week in advance and still had to wait once I arrived-it took almost 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change(int the past it only took 30 minutes)-the service representative was not understanding when I tried to explain I was not aware the huge increase in cost for oil change-which she said occured in June-I was at service dept in June and was not notified -or did I recieve e-mail about such a huge increase-and then rather than try to ease my concern she told me I did'nt have to get the service if i did'nt want to-which I knew-but informed her-I had moved and the trip is too far to keep repeating this drive. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and expected to have a little more concern for my continued repeat business. Also when I got home I noticed my slip said I refused maintence service-I was never asked-I always come regulary for my service. I don't appreciate it looking as if I am not doing proper maintenance of my vehicle. Pros: night hours for service Cons: long wait more

Good customer service 8/27/2008

y first regular maintenance experience was pleasant. Toyota understood my extra effort in a 2nd trip for the detailing of my car, and the fact that I showed up for my first maintenance too early due to misinformation. I enjoy my Toyota Yaris, and others have stated that it looks nice in white. My Yaris drives well/comfortably. Recently I had to put both rear seats down and move the front passenger seat forward to allow room for an 8-foot drywall wall support that I purchased at Lowe's Home Improvement Center. The Yaris is small but it does have room. The Service Adviser was very professional and efficient. The 5,000 mile first regular maintenance on my Yaris only took about an hour or an hour and 15 minutes to complete. Pros: Service staff during my maintenance visit were friendly and professional. Cons: I was not allowed to negotiate down from the car's sticker price. more

Nighttime Service...? No way! 6/10/2008

It absolutely floors me that Motorcars Toyota has a service area that is open until 3am!! I don't think there are any other dealerships out there with hours like that. Plus the late night service staff is amazing. The people are so helpful, nice and funny. The waiting area is pretty cool too. Free access to the internet, complimentary cookies, snacks and drinks, and phones that dial out if I need to call someone to pick me up. If I don't have someone to drive me home... there is a shuttle service that would take me home and pick me back up if I need it. How awesome is that?? I totally recommend going to Motorcars Toyota for your next service visit... I know i will! more

Best Dealership in cleveland 6/4/2008

Motorcars Toyota is an extremely high quality dealership. They really took the time to make sure I was purchasing the right vehicle at the right price. The sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My salesperson even came in twice on his days off to accomadate to my schedule. They really value helping people and I will continue to do business with them. I have used their service department in the past and they do great work for a good price. Pros: Fair- Honest- Caring Cons: n/a more
