Prices are high, service is more than willing to get you in, but they won't give you any idea of a price. If repair falls under Yam Ext Service Plan, you pay a diagnostic fee, but...

Prices are high, service is more than willing to get you in, but they won't give you any idea of a price. If repair falls under Yam Ext Service Plan, you pay a diagnostic fee, but the repair would be covered if it falls under the contract. The diagnostic fee is still required. Bussiness office unorganised, they work part-time. The owner has high hopes, but it appears management is the issue. Parts are mostly order only, not much stocked it seems. Too bad. more

I'd just like to make sure that everyone at Motoprimo knows that I couldn't be happier with how Motoprimo, especially Ben and you, handled this situation and made me feel 100% comfortable that everything was being done to make the situation right for me. Since the day I bought my bike from Motoprimo, the entire team there has made me feel like I was part of the Motoprimo family and that they would do everything reasonably possible to make my motorcycling ownership experience the best they could. more

a service job well done 7/5/2011

I am writing a letter to express my appreciation for a service job well done on my 92 Ducati 900ss. I have recently gotten back from serving in the US Army and while stationed down in the Southeastern part of the country. This particular bike has been to no more than three different Ducati dealerships and one independent mechanic in an attempt to get it to run properly and it has been a complete failure every time. I brought the bike to your facility in Lakeville, MN and because it has an aftermarket Ignitech ignition installed on it, it was suggested that your employee Dough Loughgren, (at your Minneapolis) facility look at the bike to see what issues were causing the problems. It took almost no time for Doug to diagnose the problem, keep me informed and fix it without any hassle to me whatsoever. I am so impressed that I will be bringing my race bike to Doug for him to tune as well. I will also be spreading the word. Thank you again. more

I just wanted to say thank you for the great staff in the Service Department. I recently had my Triumph Rocket 3 into your facility for some repairs and received outstanding service from you entire service staff. My relatively new Rocket required some repair being done under warranty for a second gear problem. I unfortunately did not purchase my Triumph from Motoprimo and was concerned about getting it serviced. Your staff had no issues of taking care of my bike. Not only did they do a first class job, (Thanks to Bob, a real class technician)but it was done quickly and correctly the first time. My other Triumph dealer experience was nothing but negative. I am real impressed with my experience at Motoprimo. In my position for AAA, I oversee the automotive repair network in Minnesota, so believe me I know quality when I see it. more

We would like to express our appreciation for the superior customer service provided by one of your staff. Ben H., there was some confusion regarding us picking up our motorcycle from storage. When we arrived on Monday evening to pick it up Ben went above and beyond to compensate us for the confusion. He and his team have always provided us with excellent customer service. Ben is very patient, listens to questions and concerns and is always able to offer expert answers and advice. Please pass along our thanks to Ben. more
