First, I'd like to thank Melissa Garcia, Junior Carillo, and Richard Chew, and Greg Donahue for all their personalized service, advice, candor, and most of all, patience, during my car-buying experience. It's a great feeling to know that your car sales team is not just trying to foist any ol' vehicle on you, but trying to tailor-fit your car-buying experience to get you a great car that will meet your wants, needs, and budget. Truthfully, I don't have a favorite car brand, or model, and I really had not been in the car market for several years, so I took my time considering what vehicle was really right for me. I did quite a few test-drives, checked out the competition, hunted vigorously online, but Moss Bros. really stood out above the rest, and treated me right. Even though Hyundai isn't one of their primary brands, Moss Bros. managed to find me a great 2011 Sonata, at a great price, and thanks to the General Manager, Dave Oley, got me a great rate on the financing to boot. (Even though I've owned multiple vehicles, creditors still consider me a first-time buyer!) Dave, your team does the car business, and the Moss Bros. brand Proud!
