This service has been nothing but far below acceptable. Our cable is always freezing, or stalling. The internet is slow, service is spotty. I have call the after hours technical help so many different times I know all the tricks to ""resetting"" the cable. I shouldn't have to do this. Either they can provide a service or not. I work during the day and can't call everytime there's an issue, so I email. I just called today, during business hours and they don't even get the emails. The customer service person couldn't even tell me where those emails go!!! I have no ""service tickets"" for need of service on my acct so they can't help me. I thought that's what I was doing via email...guess not. I understand I signed a contract for service, two years worth. But if the service is not being rendered I should get out or have an option to buy out. Nope there is no option. I am stuck paying for service that is so poor, that I feel I am getting robbed. Next step Better Business Bureau! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MOSAIC! I pay my bill every month, on time and I should expect services rendered to at least a minimum acceptable level. They have not met that level yet!
