Terrible This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in Bloomington. Morrison's was scheduled to come fix to coin operated washers and dryers this morning. I had to go to work so Ieft the keys to the machines with my wife who lives on the property. I get a call from the Service Man a little after 9:00am. He said he did not have quarters to test the machines to see what they were doing. I am not sure why you would show up to fix coin operated machines without coins but what do I know. He then told me that he was scheduled in Bloomington at 11am and he did not have time to work on my machines. I am not sure why they would schedule him in Spencer to fix two washers and dryers and expect him to be in Bloomington for 11am appt. But again what do I know. I said OK and agreed to call me back as to when they would come get them. He then calls me back and says they don't want to come get them. They want to schedule another appointment after another week.\r
I called the store and asked for service. I explained that I was not happy that he was not staying and at least diagnosing my machines in the case parts were need. The service manager then began to explain why it was all my fault for not having the keys and the model numbers. I told him my wife was waiting for a call to deliver the key in minutes. He then told me don't worry about it they did not want my business.\r
DON""T GO HERE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND RUDE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
