Extremely rude, unhelpful. Driver was 45 minutes late and made me miss an appointment.
My job consists of 1-3 appointments of these types every weekend, and losing one means losing 1/2-1/3rd of my income for the week. I offered the appointment a full refund of my cost and a free appointment at another time...losing $400 because of the tow truck's tardiness.
Upon emailing Morris and Sons, they told me it was my fault and refused to refund any of the service costs. They could have referred me to a different towing service when they realized they were going to be late, instead I get a call 45 minutes after they're supposed to be there saying ""Do you still need my services?"" Insinuating that if I was too mad, they were just going to completely bail on me!!
Not only that, after they arrived, because of a banking fault, 2 of my cards didn't work, but it took--literally--30 minutes to process a credit card! 30 minutes! And then, in the email, they blame me for ""financial irresponsibility"" being the reason I didn't make my show instead of admitting to a ridiculously backwards credit card processing system (They literally called an 800 number and waited on hold, had to punch in numbers...literally) and the small fact that they arrived, not ""approximately 20 minutes late"" as they said in the reply email, but 45 minutes later than they proposed.
There were just a thousand ways that they could have done better, and they failed on all points. Stay away!!
