Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
When you walk in the store they are very friendly. AFTER you buy the furniture, don't expect any service. Our salesperson typed in our name incorrectly on the invoice. Then he typed in a fake phone # and address. Because he couldn't take five seconds to type in our real phone number, we couldn't pick the item up. With our name spelled wrong, and with no phone # or address, they couldn't find our order at the warehouse. We wasted hours trying to pick up our item.
Then when we finally got home, there were no instructions on how to put it together. The person at the warehouse had taken one chair out of the box (they came two to a box) and gave us our chair without the instructions.
We called to try to obtain the instructions, and quickly found out that they really don't care about their customers once they have your money. We still can't get the directions, so we still have a chair in pieces in the middle of our floor. And they let us know they certainly didn't care about the wasted hours trying to pick up our item because of the salesperson's error typing in the order.
There are plenty of other furniture stores with the same prices that care about their customers. Go to one of them. I will be buying more furniture in the near future, but it WON'T be from Mor!
