The fiasco started because the craig road store is closed. The Cheyenne/Nellis store is handling the calls. 90 minutes estimated delivery, 2 hours actual. When we called, there is no manager on duty. I was instructed to call a different number. When our order finally arrived, it was cold. The cheese on the pizza congealed, the marinara wasn't even luke warm and the fries could have chiseled concrete. When I called, again, told to give them our number so that the manager could call us back. The driver blatently asks for tips, a faux pas of the service industry.
