As a repeat customer with this vendor I would expect to be treated well. My experience with my second purchase (~$2,300) has been very poor.\r
The communication is extremely slow and lacks full disclosure. We were offered free shipping on a second purchace when made our original purchase and this was not honored. When we placed a 50% down payment for our furniture the actual order was not placed for 2 weeks. In addition we were not given a timeline for expected delivery which and had to ask 3 times before receiving a response. All said and done it will be nearly 3 months for us to receive our purchase.\r
I also went and did additional research and comparable items are available from other vendors for much cheaper. I'm not sure what the premium we paid went towards, certainly not the customer service experience!
