While shopping in this Hallmark store, I overheard a racial slur being made by an employee. This derogatory phrase was directed toward a specific religious race. I was the only customer in the store, I asked her to repeat what she had just said and she did. I immediatley left the store. When I called the next day to get manager/owner info, the store manager Karen, defended her staff member - offering no apology and only making a bad situation much worse.\r
Do not support businesses that obviously endorse racism and hate! Buy your greeting cards in a friendlier place!
