They operate run down trashy apartments in Chattanooga (Normandy Apts). Will not fix problems in apartments but can spend lots of money on landscaping and flowers, I guess that is to make folks think it is actually a nice place to live, has sax offender living on premises, even though the sign in the office says ""No sax offenders"". On site management not very helpful, constantly says we will take care of that right away, only problem is ""right away"" never gets here. Monday properties even less helpful they could care less and continue to allow this type of management
