me and my wife did bring our child from Dallas to M.D .Anderson for Cancer therapy , our vehicle broke down , just died ,we called Mobile Mechanic they showed up , they charged $49 for visit , they gave us a ride to a motel in Medical Center area ,they also took our luggage ,and my wife and kid to the motel , they send tow truck , to take our car to their shop they did not charged us for tow , they did gave us a written estimate , after the job finished they came and gave lift to me and my wife ,my son was in Hospital , final price was the same price that was quoted , they were very polite ,cordial , and honest ,i was impressed , it was my first visit to Houston ,and gave me a good feeling about the city ,. The consultation is $49, which may be credited to the service fees if you choose to use them. When I spoke with the mechanic, named Lewis, at 1:15pm, I had asked him to meet me at 2:15pm. He asked that I call him 20-25 minutes before that time as a ""reminder."" I called him at 1:50pm to remind him. When I called him again at 2:15pm, he was still 15 minutes away and proceeded to tell me that it had not been 25 minutes yet. I choose not to deal with anyone that wastes my time. He called repeatedly and then left a message on my phone, saying ""You're a liar, insert profanity."" Do not use this very unprofessional service! more
