Maintenance 6/21/2012

Went in for a routine oil change and asked if they could check on a rattle. They were unable to find it in the limited time I had that day, but i was able to drop my car off one morning and have a loaner for the day while they located the issue. They located the rattle and had me back on the road that evening. As usual everyone was welcoming and very helpful. more

Added Features 1/31/2012

So went back this last month and had tint added to my windows and remote start added! So far so good. The tint had some bubbles at first seem to have gone down with warmer weather. I guess it has something to do with the chemical process sealing. As before Betty Jo has been amazing if I have had any questions. more

Nissan Quest 11/30/2011

I went in to look at a Nissan Quest and met Johnny. He was great!!! The entire Sales Team there is GREAT! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Not like other dealerships that I went to. I never once felt pressured! Everyone has a smile and very clean and polite. Betty Jo is AMAZING!! Mir and Yaseen got the job done quickly! Service Dept is okay... needs a little help with politness and curtosy.... Other than that,... A+ Dealership!!! more

I love M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL! ive always wanted to buy a nissan.I was greeted by Mike. I am a college student with no credit. he was able to set me up with a college graduate program and I wa.s approved for a brand new car! yay! He was very nice and l explained all the different choices I had. And was awesome and helping me pick the perfect vehicle for me. Then i met with Betty Jo I was completely impressed with Nissan's service. Betty Jo was the best. She was very knowledgeable and honest and caring for my situation. I truly felt like real concern for me from her. Tom in financial was also very nice. The service at M'Lady Nissan is exceptional. I really appreciate how M'Lady treats their customers. I will do all my Business with them for every vehicle I purchase! I will tell all my friends and family and will be like a walking free advertisement from now on!!!! Thank you so much m'lady nissan!!! more

I love my new Altima. I had been browsing for a new car for a while now. I decided to stop by at M'lady Nissan and received excellent customer service from my sales man Phil, he was very patient and detailed about any question I had. I originally wanted a Maxima but due to credit issues him and Abe were able to find a care that better suited what I could afford to get. The process took a while but Betty was very nice and made time go by so quit while all the paperwork was done. Overall it was a great experience purchasing my first car at M'Lady Nissan. more

Unprofessional and Shady 10/31/2011

I think they are pretty shady there. We went in one day to look at the cars. They told me we could get 0% interest for 60 months plus a $750 off incentive. We went back a couple of days later and they said it's .9% but with no incentive. We didn't have the original paper to prove what they said so they just apologized if they misspoke the other night. Also, all the sales people were unprofessional. They were screaming across the show room to one another and all gathered around the TV to watch the World Series. I only bought the car because they were so cheap, otherwise I would have just left and gone to a different Nissan dealership. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them. more

2011 Juke 9/20/2011

Bought a 2011 Juke. A great "small" SUV. AWD makes you feels secure and safe. The car is a ton of fun to drive. It's very useful and plenty of room for myself and 4 of my girlfriends. My dogs fit comfortably in the back as well and did I mention fuel savings!! I a very happy with my new Juke. more

Service after the sale 9/15/2011

Purchased a car in Aug and waited for over an hour for the finance person. Also purchased undercoating and interior protection; had to call for the appointment after a month. Paperwork never made it to the service area. more

Never shopped outside of GMC but the deal we got at Nissan was a really good one compared to the deals at GMC. Our salesman Johnny was very helpful and was very anxious to make us happy and get us what we needed. All of his coworkers were very friendly and made the hour trip to crystal lake worth it. more
