I am not a customer of this company, but want to share my experience in dealing with this company. My car's windshield was recently cracked by rocks spewing from one of their trucks on I-94. My husband stopped to tell the driver, and the driver denied even having rocks on the truck. My husband told him that ""yes, you do and you just put two big cracks in my windshield, and I'm calling your company about this."" My husband called the company immediately and left a message for a manager to call him. After not hearing back for several days, he called again only to be rudely informed by the person answering the phone, ""We're not going to do anything for you. I told you that the other day."" She never mentioned this before, only said she'd take a message. After I made several more attempts to contact them, I was finally put through to the owner, Tom. He tried to deny it was their responsiblity and told me that was just a risk of driving on the roads and that he had stuff flying at him every day. I told him that I drive on the freeways everyday and did not have rocks flying at me. I could understand the occasional stone flying up and hitting your car, but not rocks falling all over the place from the back of a truck. He said he would talk to the driver and call us back the following day. Big surprise, I never got a call back. After leaving numerous messages, I finally received an email several days later stating that they would not accept responsibility, that the driver said he had the rocks covered with a tarp and the back door was securely closed. Remember, when my husband originally stopped him, the driver denied even having rocks in the truck. The email ended by recommending a glass shop where we could have the cracks fixed for $10 each. Unfortunately, we will have to have the whole windshield replaced due to the size and spiderwebbing of the cracks, so that only added insult to injury. Stay away from this company - they are rude, irresponsible, and dangerous!
