Missouri Grass Fed Dairy has a deep history of hard work and care for the industry. Elvin Martin, along with his wife Mary Lou have been on this property since 1999. The farm was started in 2006, and since have been able to deliver on the commitment of bringing pure and healthy produce to your table. Our humble beginnings have allowed us to stay true to that promise and staying 100% grass fed. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Although we started with Management Intensive Grazing, we have switched to Rotational Grazing. This is thanks to a friend who gave us a year of "The Stockman Grass Farmer." By raising our rest periods, more grass is able to be left behind. This allows for the soil life to thrive longer due to the lowered temperatures. Our soil is projected to stay below 80°, whereas barn soil can reach up to 140°. A healthy pasture means healthier animals.
