I brought my Tucson in for an A/C issue and it was discovered mice had chewed through the wires. This was discovered quickly and actually a few minutes before my scheduled 10:00 a.m. appt. However, even though they were aware I was waiting at the dealership until the car was done, it took 4 hours to complete this wiring fix. That seems excessive. Everyone left for lunch and I was still waiting, and then another 2 hours passed before it was done. They did discover a compressor issue (which is why we brought it in), but I feel that I at least should have been told it would take this long for service, so I could have had the option of leaving for a while. Instead, I stayed and waited, thinking it would be done relatively quickly.
