I share the same thoughts as the others who have reviewed Mirage Spa. I need to use my Sundance everyday, I love to use it and the service is wonderful. Best place to buy a hot tub!! 12/1/2011

Every place I went to I had to wait for them to finish with their pool customers. Mirage sells only hot tubs. I was told to check them out but I was tired of looking. Refreshing! I should have gone there first...nice people & dogs. Great product....I bought the best a Sundance and I am very happy. Pros: null Cons: null more

Mirage spa & Sundance spas....great combo 2/11/2011

I agree with the rest of the reviews...why didn't I do this sooner. It helps me, brings the kids to my house, is always hot, it is not a fortune to run (they told me that but I had to see it to believe it), they help me with my water. They really try to take care of me. You know when you go on vacation and you sit in the hot tub? That is my house now and I don't have to go out of town! It is my mini oasis and I can use it 365 days a year. I would get another sundance from mirage in a heart beat. I also like that they have a great brand but they are a small business. more

I never knew what a hot tub could do for me! 1/7/2010

I starting looking for a hot tub a few years ago. I decided not to purchase one yet. I just got back from skiing in Colorado & I am not young anymore. My condo had a hot tub and it felt so good after a day of skiing. I went back to relook at the spas at the end of 2008 & most of the places I went to were gone! Luckily my favorite choice a few years ago was from Mirage Spa. I bought an Optima........I was told they would be nice.....I now sleep like a baby when I soak at night! I have not had the aches & pains because I sit in it twice a day. What a difference! Why didn't anyone tell me sooner?!? Someone probably did but I didn't listen. Mirage Spa was helpful, friendly, had a great tub and a good price. I would never buy one off TV! I needed a place that I could ask a million questions. They answered them all. It was a really good experience. I like the people & the dogs. I would recommend them to anyone. They are not perfect but they apologize for their mistakes and make things right. I now see the owner when I am out & he is really friendly. I now see him at my son's wrestling matches. Thanks Dale! Mirage Spa & Recreation is the only place to get a hot tub! 7/2/2009

Mirage Spa is awesome. I have been saving up to buy a hot tub for 3 years and I bought one from Dale. I love it! It helps my back and especially my feet...the best foot massage ever! I bought one from them because I researched the tubs and the stores first and then I tried each tub. I actually went to each store with my bathing suit and tried them out. The hot tubs showed their true colors when I tested them. The Sundance was by far the top one and the staff at Mirage treated me great. The tub went in and I have been using it for 9 months without an ounce of problems. I use it everyday because I am on my feet all day (I am a nurse). It is so nice to soak in the tub when I am exhausted. It even helps me go to sleep. I would recommend Mirage Spa to everyone! Call Dale and he will help you get a great deal! more

Mirage Spa is THE place to buy a hot tub in St. Louis 11/24/2008

Mirage Spa is one of those places that give you customer service even after the sale, they have been around forever, the staff is experienced and NICE, they have the brand Sundance Spas which is the best brand out there, they are locally owned by the Port family (I met them while I was there including their dogs), and they did so much for me both before and after I bought the tub. Pros: customer service, location, knowledge, brand, length of time in business Cons: bring the dogs in more often and I agree on the butterfingers in the candy dish more

Best Hot tub and great customer service 3/3/2007

I purchased a hot tub from Mirage in 2003. I researched every brand available in St. Louis and created a spread sheet to analyze my results which included the tub and the store service. I narrowed down the options to 3 and sat in the tubs at the stores with water. The actual testing of the tubs was significant. The Sundance spa at Mirage had more powerful jets than any other tub. My favorite seat has 14 jets that massage my whole back on either side of my spine, across my shoulders and on my neck. The jets were adjustable so I could turn them down for my kids. I researched the company and found that they had great customer service. After selecting the spa and getting in my backyard I found they were still helpful. I lost my owners manual and they spent the time to help me find it on their web site while I was on the phone. They also have spa owners classes to teach you about taking care of the tub. The owner gives the class and I have gone in for a refresher class. The tub has helped me with my headaches, stiff joints and loosened me up for my golf game. I spend 15 minutes a night in it and it really has become an important part of my day. It relaxes me and helps me even fall asleep more easily. I was very surprised at some of the benefits. My grade school son has chronic headaches and he gets in it when he feels terrible. It really has helped him feel better quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tub. Pros: Good parking, in Kirkwood-easy to find, I trust them Cons: I should have bought a bigger tub! more
