I am an auto technician who takes great pride in knowing the difference between a lemon and a peach. I research vehicles very heavily before even setting foot on a lot. When I get my hands on the car, I look over EVERYTHING. \r
I first contacted Mira Motors over the phone about a vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with a gentleman who answered the detailed questions I had and never gave me hassle. I then showed up to view the car that I was interested in without notice (so they wouldn't have time to do anything to the car, if they were going to). I like doing this so that I can hear the car start cold and see what it drives like from a cold start. While the battery was dead, it only took a few minutes for them to jump start the car. I took my infant son with me on the test drive and the salesperson helping me had no issue with giving me time to buckle him in to the back seat. After driving the vehicle I simply said ""thank you"" and left.\r
The next day I called and said I would be coming in to buy the car and asked how long the paperwork took and the receptionist said around 15 minutes (this was important as I had a tight schedule that day). As I was finishing up the paperwork, the salesman told me he had to get it smogged. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The vehicle, in my opinion, should have been smogged while they readied it for sale. After smogging, the car was ready for me and I drove away.\r
All of the sales staff and receptionist were very friendly and great to talk to. There does seem to be a little confusion on scheduling; however, this is normal for car lots that are open for extended hours. Overall, it was a great experience and I would buy from them again.
