I purchase a black croc print 19mm watchband in December 2008. It was the wrong size and I immediately returned it. I never heard from the merchant so I called in late January 2009. The lady was very apologetic and promised to ship me a similar watch band immediately because the original manufacturer didn't make them anymore. I didn't hear from the merchant anymore, so I called again in February. The same lady again apologized and promised to ship me my watch band. Again, I did not hear from the merchant so I called again in March and reminded her that I wanted my watch band. On this occasion, she was not as pleasant but she said she would ship me my watch band. Last week I sent the merchant an email requesting my watch band. I also left the merchant a voice message because no one will answer the telephone.
Pros: Very attractive website and unique merchandise.
Cons: Will not deliver orders nor refund your money.
