Well has been over a month and still do not have my furniture. I called to check if in....I was told it finally was in but they would not be able to give me a delivery date.....well I guess I can have my husband call them because he will confront them on why they cannot get with their delivery staff and get a delivery date. I was told maybe Thursday or Friday maybe and he would not be able to give me an exact date. Well, it is in.....I hope I can have them deliver it before 3rd of July...since entertaing company for rest of holiday week. He just rudely said he could not help me on that.....I won't buy another thing from them. First purchase and my last....and will not recommend either......word of mouth can be an asset or your worst nightmare. more

Mills & Thomas provided one of my worst customer experiences of all-time. To begin, their prices were two to three times what I eventually found elsewhere for the same items. Luckily, I discovered this before furnishing our entire condo and got stuck with only the beds, a sofa and a chair. I was able to negotiate $1,000 off the price of the bed , but only after I proved that I had found it for that price elsewhere. Leone, our sales associate, refused to refund our money when we returned a box spring. She also ordered the wrong cushions for our sofa, never apologized, and then refused to deliver them to our condo, instead requiring that we drive to the store to pick them up and to return the incorrect item. What type of person does this? Needless to say, we will no longer shop at Mills & Thomas and hope that this review saves you from a miserable experience. more

There are beautiful pieces of furniture there. The staff is very helpful and polite. When they have a sale it's great. The only problem is their regular prices! They are a bit over priced on some items, but I guess if you want great service, unique hand made furniture and do not mind paying a little extra then this is a great place!! more
