Mills & Thomas provided one of my worst customer experiences of all-time. To begin, their prices were two to three times what I eventually found elsewhere for the same items. Luckily, I discovered this before furnishing our entire condo and got stuck with only the beds, a sofa and a chair. I was able to negotiate $1,000 off the price of the bed , but only after I proved that I had found it for that price elsewhere. Leone, our sales associate, refused to refund our money when we returned a box spring. She also ordered the wrong cushions for our sofa, never apologized, and then refused to deliver them to our condo, instead requiring that we drive to the store to pick them up and to return the incorrect item. What type of person does this?
Needless to say, we will no longer shop at Mills & Thomas and hope that this review saves you from a miserable experience.
