My husband and I recently took our two sons for a dental visit. I was a little apprehensive on how the visit would go. I have a two year old and a seven year old. I am a stickler on customer service, I feel your front office staff reflects on the type of organization it is. As we enter the dentist office, we were greeted with friendly, warm faces. The waiting room was clean, bright and filled with toys to occupy our children while waiting. The back clinic area was bright and our two children were able to sit beside each other. I really liked the way the back was set up. The parents sate in benches that faced their child. We were able to see exactly what was being done. The staff was very accommodating to the parents. I was able to hold my two year old sons hand to reassure him that everything was OK. He did great. The staff did not even mind the thousand of picture I took. Dr. Miller was courteous and friendly. He took time to answer questions that we had on my older son. He did not rush you at all. His demeanor with the kids was awesome; he made them feel at ease and comfortable. Also, upon leaving the staff distributed the child’s photograph in a frame for the child's first visit. I was very impressed. A week later we were given a "Thank You" card from the dental office. How great is that!
