Avoid this place by all means!!!\r
I went for a test( Exception: Doctor Miles was good). The woman at the counter told me that I cannot order a six month' supply of contact lens and have to order a years supply, which I did. ( This was in the last week of Dec 2010) \r
Day 7: (First week of Jan) I called back to check about the status of my lens. Called thrice - no one could trace my order. Those who said they will call back did not. Then I got the manager - he apologised and placed a fresh order for me - I asked for a six month's supply, and he had no issue with that!!! but wait, not over yet.... I asked him if this will be billed to my December insurance claims and he said of course!\r
Day 11: When I went to pick up my lens and told them that I want to order a pair of spectacles from my 2011 vision benefits. The girl at the counter said that I am not eligible. Susecting a billing error, I asked if she would call my insurance and verify. She actually said she will not. I called from my cell phone and the error was confirmed. My insurance said that this could be corrected, but the provider needs to talk to my insurance. She refused to talk and asked me to come back the folowing day and talk to the manager.\r
Day 12: I call and after a 15 minute hold, got to speak to the manager, who said that he has put in a call to the insurance and is waiting to hear back.\r
I called my insurance again, who confirmed that they usually resolve issues while on the phone and also confirmed that there was no call from my provider.\r
Cutting the rest of the long story short...Disorganised, Dishonest, Incapable and Rude - Don't go within a mile's radius of this place!!!!
