These guys are consistantly rude, over charge me with no apologies, like it's MY fault they didn't ring out the previous sale and put it on my credit card. Is this a scam? 3 times in 5 visits? Over a 2 year preiod, so I know it;s not personal, but really? How many people don't notice! I tried online and it was even WORSE! I bought over 50 comics in 3 different transactions and NOT ONE book was even close to the right grade. $50 for a NM book, and when I received it, it had an OIL STAIN through the book. How does even a novice working at their facility not catch an oil stain the size of a half dollar and grade it Near Mint. I think the sham should be exposed. I've talked to 30 people and not one has ever expressed even a mild fondness for this company. Who are these folks who seem to hold this company so dear? Can I leave NO STARS? Am I alone in this? I checked the internet and found many who agree. I left the Mile High Comicon booth in a hurry after a Bi-Polar flare up from Chuck and will avoid their booth at all future San Diego visits.
