Mike Bass Ford Inc

I bought a car from Mike Bass Ford and was assured it was never in an accident. It is a 2009 so I believed them. 2 weeks after purchasing the car I heard a funny noise so I took it to a Mazda dealer as instructed by Mike bass ford since the car was under a Mazda warranty. Found out the car had been in an accident. I got the car fixed and requested they pay half. No surprise they refused and then told me I should have taken it to them. Hmmm to the same company that said take it to any Mazda. Then they had the audacity to say Mazda was lying. Needless to say i took the car to a different inspecter and was told not only that it was in an accident but that the car should never have been sold. So when they say they inspect every car before it is sold I laugh. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. more

We bought 2 cars at Mike Bass Ford and had a great experience both times. Our family has returned for service with all of our cars and have always been very satisfied. They have friendly people working there and great prices for both sales and service... I mean where else can you go and get an oil change for $20? They will continue to receive our family's business. this is for anyone considering buying a used car with warrenty from MIKE BASS FORD had our car 13 days wont stay running has warrenty from mike bass. took it in of course they couldnt get to it !!!!!!!!! would not give loaner car they suggestion was to drive it and make appointment for a week later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats not customer service according to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so until they get around to looking into our situation basicly were screwed. the sad part was they really didnt seem to care thats just the way it is they said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: price was good for vehicle Cons: wont honor there warranty dont care if your stranded(you allready bought) more
