I, like so many others, had my first encounter with Sandra. She was wonderful, helpful, and you can tell she really likes what she does. The others, not so much.
The dress came in on time, but the day I went back to pick it up, I was alone in a dressing room with no assistance to get into my dress. Then I was asked to step out onto the floor for alterations, despite not having any of my undergarments or the shoes I ordered with me. I have yet to hear back about when the dress will be finished getting altered.
The veil I purchased still hasn't come in yet, ordered back in November. I went in yesterday to get my flower girl's dress, which is entirely too big, and we suspect the wrong dress, only to find out there were complications ordering the veil and it couldn't be looked into until Monday. I really don't think they would have done anything at all about it unless I had asked and reminded them I didn't have it yet.
It seems the other reviews are correct. Once they have your money, your business means nothing to them. My sister used them for her wedding back in 2000 without any problems, which is what prompted me to go there in the first place. I guess they have really taken a turn for the worst.
Shop there if you have to, but I would try at least 3 other stores in the area first. Do not get the dress altered there, and prepare to initiate most of the communication about your orders yourself. Whatever you save due to their ""no return policy"" is worth the extra payment for better care and attention anywhere else.
