My family and I were very pleased with the professionalism at this facility. From the courteous reception staff to the competent treatment team, our experience at this office exceeded our expectations. The staff were accommodating and assisted us when we had some initial complications in securing an appointment. We are thankful to all the staff, with special thanks to ultrasound supervisor Luba Goldman for her expertise and wonderful care. We would definitely return again. more

What can I say. I have been going to West Side Radiology Assoc. for many years now. The staff are not only warm and caring but professional and very skilled at what they do. My doctor is just a few floors away from them and it makes it so convenient that they are both in the same building. Between the efforts of West Side Radiology and my doctor, Dr. Estabrook, I have now been cancer free for 22 yrs. I thank God for them both. I highly recommend West Side Radiology to anyone who might need these services. I would also like to say if anyone might need a breast specialist, I don't know any other in the world that I would go ot other thank Dr. Estabrook.\r She saved my life 22 yrs ago and I thank God for her everyday. more

I was referred to Midtown Medical Pavillion to have a biopsy done on a suspicious tissue in my breast. When I was going there, I was understandably very nervous. However, I had an incredible experience. The supervisor of the Ultrasound department, Luba Goldman eased all of my anxiety. I felt like I was the only one there even though the office was busy. All the staff treated me with respect and were very courteous. The mammography technician, Anna Kratkova was very professional and informed me of the procedure step-by-step. Finally, Dr. Wojtasek did the biopsy which was completely painless. I would recommend this office to anyone and will be using it for my yearly check-ups. more

Luba is most proficient, dynamic, meticulous, conscientious, dedicated, and sensitive to her patient’s needs.\r Luba always greets me with a smile and makes sure that I am comfortable throughout my procedures. Great facilities and attentive staff. 4/1/2012

I have been a patient of Midtown Medical Pavilion for many years. I've had my mammography and sonograms done there as well as any other kind of test my doctors prescribe. I choose this particular facility time after time not because it's at a convenient location. I live and work in Brooklyn but commute to this facility because it is well organized, professional, and efficient. The staff are courteous and polite and I never spend unreasonable amounts of time waiting for an appointment. Even if I have several appointments for different tests scheduled one after another, everything still runs smoothly because the process is overseen by the supervisor and sonographer Luba Goldman whose professionalism leaves no room for error or oversight. Needless to say that the results are always ready on time. What does a patient truly need? Courtesy, attention, and professionalism, all of which you can find at Midtown Medical Pavilion. more

Professionalism and Comfort! 3/21/2012

I have been a client of Westside Radiology – Midtown Medical Pavilion for about 10 years. It was a very convenient location for me because the office where I worked located nearby. Since then I moved to Staten Island but I keep going to Westside Radiology for my annual checkup because of the best care and warm and friendly atmosphere everywhere in the office, starting from front desk. I had done many procedures in this office such as mammograms, breast, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. I want to express my respect and gratitude to all the people in this unique place because of their devotion to the patients and very high professionalism. Especially I want to thank sonographer Lyubov Goldman and mammo technician Anna Kratkova for their outstanding job. more

Making the Uncomfortable Sublime! 2/28/2012

I have been a patient of Midtown Pavilion for many years now and have nothing but wonderful things to report about the establishment. The first thing that comes to mind is the personal care that is provided. Every employee in the office is friendly and compassionate, but also accurate. Anyone who has had a mammogram done can vouch for the fact that it is more likely than not a generally unpleasant necessity. I had to ""sample"" quite a few facilities before a friend recommended that I visit Midtown Pavilion. Since becoming a patient, I have neither looked back nor regretted making the switch. Not only do I make regular trips from Brooklyn, but I no longer dread the experience. Without hesitation I would recommend this facility and its high standard of patient care to anyone who solicited my opinion. more

Ease, Class and Comfort 2/25/2012

Midtown Medical Pavillion is a fantastic facility. It's clean, and comfortable. Luba Goldman did my sonogram, she is the supervisor of the department, I had some reservations about the procedure but she assured me and was so patient with all my nagging questions. Which I am sure was not easy. She was truly very helpful. Midtown Medical has a client for life! more

I have been a patient of this office for more than 18 years. All of the medical staff is extremely helpful and nice. Mammo and Sono technicians Luba Goldman and Anna Kratkova are very professional and make you feel calm and relaxed. I feel very safe knowing that my health is in the good hands of very professional, knowledgeable and caring people. more

Very Pleasant staff and extremely helpfull!!!! 2/9/2012

Hi , i have been there about a month ago and i was seen by Luba Goldman. She sat me down and calmed me down because i had something that was bothering me in the sense that i was loosing sleep and extremely nervous. I waited no more than ten minutes to be seen and had to be at work at a certain time that morning. I was tested right away and everything was on point. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant. They handed me paper work right away and 5 minutes later i was seen. Its a great, friendly, clean, and very helpful office and i would not go anywhere else, :) more

Extremely Professional & Quick! 2/7/2012

At the end of last year I was seen in the Midtown Medical Pavilion for a bladder sonogram. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism that my tech Marina conducted herself during the sonogram, she was very patient and thorough. The result were sent to my doctor within ONE day, was very impressed by that too. In the beginning of this year I had to have my Level II OB sonogram, I insisted to be referred to the the same place by my OBGYN. Luba was performing the sonogram, i can honestly say that i have never seen anyone more professional and courteous in this field. Once again, the results were sent to my doctor within one day. I definitely will be coming back to Midtown Medical for all my future sonogram/ imaging needs. more

Professional, comfort and quick! 1/13/2012

My experience with NY Radiology was excellent! It might be my appointment was in the morning at 11AM and got there 30 minutes earlier....? Front desk was more than helpful. I forgot the referral letter from my doctor and asked if I could email to them and quickly gave me email address to sent to and few minutes later, when I was sitting in the waiting area, I was informed that they got my referral. When I was with a Sonogram technician, she was gentle . She made sure to feel comfortable in the room. After, there were not only paper towel or tissue box, there was a wet wipe box next to them. It helped to get rid of the gel much easier from my body. more

Thieir billing office stalked us. My wife went for a mammogram that was totalled covered by insurance, she had a prescription, and presented her insurance card to double check that she was covered. The office, who called the insurance company to confirm beforehand, confirmed the appt. and then, months afterward, presented us with a huge bill, refused to submit it to the insurance company or give us a form to submit, threatened us, did not respond to e-mails, phone calls, or correspondence. Finally our insurance company called them to try and fix it (you know it's bad when the insurance company feels sorry for you and comes to your rescue.) No way would I trust them with medical information when each person was a screaming, incompetent, and rude. Pros: location, nursing staff Cons: incompetent front office, nasty billing more
